This last week, there was a small decline in the number of sales and properties coming onto the market across the UK. With a minor drop – 2% drop of New Instructions and 4% in sales agreed. This isn’t unusual for the time of year as its holiday season, estate agents are traditionally quiet in August so these stats have not triggered our alarm bells.
